J.L. Woode, Ltd. is a privately owned investment and real estate
development company with offices in Chicago, Illinois,
and Charleston, South Carolina.

In 2006 our founders Edward Ross, Andrew Agostini, and J Luzuriaga,
came together to form J.L. Woode, Ltd.
Highly respected entrepreneurs and well known in the real estate
industry, their combined experience spans over one hundred
twenty years.

J.L. Woode, Ltd. investments are currently concentrated in the
Southeast and Midwest regions of the United States, in addition
to an international presence in Costa Rica. Our diverse portfolio
includes over 10 million square feet of multi-family, hospitality,
office and industrial facilities and land development, which we

own, operate and manage. With our financial resources and stability,
the current market value of our extensive portfolio is an estimated
$1 billion; we are able to pursue low-risk, high-return investment
opportunities in privately held companies and real estate.
